R. 5516, act to amend title 3 of Army and Air Force vitalization and retirement equalization act of 1948 to provide that service as an Army field clerk, or as a field clerk, Quartermaster Corps, shall be counted for purposes of retirement under title 3 of that act, and for othr purposes.
