R. 4127, act to exempt courses leading to standard college degrees offered by nonprofit educational institutions of higher learning from provisions of sec. 227 of Veterans' readjustment assistance act of 1952 prohibiting enrollment of eligible veterans under that act when such courses have been in operation for less than 2 years.
