Supplementary sheets, fuel adjustment data, or complete State supplements showing revisions and new rate schedules, etc., are issued periodically. Price, $25.00, including binders and Supplement service for 12 months from date of order; Supplement service thereafter, $15.00 a yr.; State rate books, $1.50 each. Orders and remittances should be submitted to the Federal Power Commission, Washington 25, D. C. by check or money order payable to the Treasurer of the United States.
