Public laws, 89th Congress. 560. S. 902, act to provide that Secretary of Agriculture shall conduct soil survey program of Department of Agriculture so as to make available soil surveys needed by States and other public agencies, including community development districts, for guidance in community planning and resource development, and for other purposes.
