H.R. 11527, act to direct Secretary of Agriculture to release on behalf of United States conditions in deed conveying certain lands to University of Maine and to provide for conveyance of certain interests in such lands so as to permit such university, subject to certain conditions, to sell, lease, or otherwise dispose of such lands.
